In therapy, you will have the chance to fully explore those areas of your life you don't feel are working for you as well as you would like. Therapy can be the answer for those times in your life where you are feeling anxious, depressed or just stuck. It will begin to help you remove any blockages that get in the way of living a full and rewarding life.
There are many different types of therapy but what has been proved time after time is that rather than the type of therapy, it is the relationship created between the client and the therapist that is the ultimate vehicle for change and the foundation of all successful therapy.
For this reason, I offer an initial assessment session to give you the chance to meet me and decide whether or not you think we could work together.
I offer both short and long term therapy and if we agree to work together, we would decide the best way forward for you. We would have regular reviews to make sure you felt you were on the right path and moving in the right direction.
My fees are £60 per 50 minute session for therapy.
